This UHT tubular sterilizer is based on tubular heat exchanger . It is suited for dairy, tea drink, fruit juice , milk , beverage and other liquid products and can be used to mate with kinds of filing machines .
UHT pasteurizer is equipment designed to use sterilization and cooling method to prolong preservation period of dairy, juice , beverage and other liquid materials .

Plate Sterilizer
APPLICATION:
PS type is applicable to sterilize the thin liquid such as milk, fruit juice, wine etc. take the function of heating, sterilization,temperature warm and cooling .
Configuration:
Full automatical: by advanced PLC technology for program, as per the craft request, control the whole production, with CIP cleaning program for self washing.
Semi automatical: operator could control the pump, valve etc backflow on the control panel. By PID control sterilizing temperature, with the data on recorder.
Equipment composed by material pumping system, plate heat exchange system, material pipe system, steam pipe system, hot water heating system,material backflow system,temperature control system and electrical control system.
Characteristic:
1. Material and heating resource work in a self close system to achieve heat exchange and make sure safe sanitary.
2. Short sterilize time, to make sure nutrition.
3. Material all by SUS304 to reach food sanitary standard request.
4. High heat transfer effect, good heat recovery rate, low energy consumption.

1. Pasteurizer below 95 degrees. (pasteurization)
2. UHT ultra-high temperature is around 120-140 degrees.
Pasteurization is mainly realized by plate structure. More tubular structures are used in UHT.
Application of sterilizer:
- Dairy products (fresh milk, yogurt, ice cream, eggs, etc.), including milk/goat's/camel's/vegetable milk - coconut milk/walnut milk/almond milk/soybean milk, etc
- Fruit juice drinks (orange juice, pineapple juice, mango juice, tea drinks and other fruits and vegetables)
- Jam dressing (tomato sauce, mayonnaise, chili sauce and other thick materials)

YGT sterilization is mainly used in the material sterilization before packaging, some beverage production line after sterilization filling also need after sterilization machine, is another structure, water bath, spray, pour bottle. According to the different material selection, the later design production line in the specific configuration.

PROJECT TECHNICAL
• The unit is excellent to process liquid material, such as coconut milk, drink , fruit juice
• The product flows into a pressure pipe complete of heat exchange
• The final product is heated and cooled very fast and the processing temperatures are controlled by regulation PID of the capacity of the thermal exchange fluids.
• Sterilizer body is composed of:
- steam protect system(steam filter, relief valve, regulating valve, stop valve, steam trap, pressure gage,pipe flange, pressure pump etc);
- tubular heating centra unit(heating section, holding section, cooling section);
- PLC touch screen control system
- hot water generator
- holding tank, one for hot water, one for material;
