This equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The sterilizing temperature and speed can be set according to the technical requirement. The equipment runs steady and lower noise, the stainless steel net belt is strong, high scalability, no change form, easy maintenance. Thoroughly solved the sterilizing process for automatic routines low caused “optional”, strengthening the “consistent”, greatly improving the sterilizing success rate.

 

It is suitable for sterilizing vacuum flexible packed food, low temperature meat products, ham, sausage, fruit juice/jam, pickles, pickled vegetables, salted vegetables, mustard,soy products and so on. The machine is also suitable for the process of blanching or broiled of fruits and vegetables. This machine adopts CMD engineering plastics as drawing in the net with a material body, and other parts are made of stainless steel, which is ideal equipment production line. The process production line uses pasteurization which is used for cleaning, sterilizing - cooling – drying after filling and sealing of food and beverage, including jelly and sour soy milk products. It is supporting CFD, CFR series equipment, which achieve the purpose of the health, safety, automatic and efficiency. We can design and manufacture Low-temperature pasteurization, sterilization machine and assembly line equipment of various specifications according to the different needs of client.
